Bumpwise plugin
Bumpwise runs entirely inside your IDE. We do not collect, receive or store your source code, project data or usage data, and the plugin contains no telemetry of its own.
To compare your code with your published releases, the plugin downloads public metadata and published packages directly from the repositories and registries you configure (for example Maven Central, a company Nexus or Artifactory, npm, the Go module proxy, Packagist or crates.io). Those requests go straight from your computer to those services and are governed by their own privacy policies. Credentials you enter are stored in your IDE's password safe on your computer; credentials read from your Maven settings.xml are used only for those requests and are not stored by the plugin.
Licensing and payments
Bumpwise Team licenses, trials and payments are handled by JetBrains s.r.o. through the JetBrains Marketplace and your JetBrains Account. The plugin only checks, on your computer, the license information your IDE provides. We receive from JetBrains the order and customer information needed to sell and support licenses, as described in the JetBrains privacy policy.
Website and email
This website uses no cookies, analytics or tracking. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and requested page) for security, for a limited time. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply and keep the conversation for as long as needed to support you.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask us for access to, correction or deletion of personal data we hold about you, and you may object to its processing or complain to your data protection authority. Write to hello@gilware.com.
